Our History
1984 - Foundation of Master Consulting
Master Consulting was established in 1984 with the purpose of offering specialized People Consulting services for Companies and in particular in the direct search "Executive Search" of Directors, Executives and Key Professionals. We have more than 40 years of experience and prestige in the sector.
Master Consulting is the parent company of Grupo Master Consulting, a Spanish-owned multinational group of consulting companies, founded in Madrid in 1984.
1990 - Creation of Esnet Consulting & Management
In 1990, we decided to open: Esnet Consulting & Management: Group company destined to our Middle Management search services, Searches by Advertisement Executive Coaching and Professional Guidance.
1995 - Creation of Experts for Experts (e4e)
In 1995, observing the growing specialization in logistics and transport, it was decided to create a new subsidiary: Experts for Experts (e4e), a company of the group that works in search and M&A processes for the Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain sector. At the same time, it decided to join the Swiss-based global network of the same name, the European leader in these sectors.
2009 - Founding Partner of Alliance Partnership International
In Barcelona, on July 2, 2009, Master Consulting became the Founding Partner of Alliance Partnership International, an international grouping of consulting companies specialized in Executive Search. Thanks to all the partners we have today, we have a direct presence in more than twenty countries and indirect presence around the world.
Today - A multinational group with presence in more than 30 countries
Today, the Master Consulting Group has established itself as a benchmark in the executive search sector. It is present in more than 30 countries and 4 continents.
