Our methodology
We use an internationally recognized methodology that comes from the leading multinational company in the sector since our foundation in 1984. Our method is rigorous and simple: Direct Search and In-depth Interview.
- 1. First of all, we evaluate all options hand in hand with our client in order to offer the service that best suits their needs.
- 2. Through meetings with the client and user, we prepare an Identification and Knowledge Document with information about the professional profile to be covered, ideal skills of the candidate and general characteristics of the company.
- 3. Under previous knowledge of the market, we study internally the best search strategy.
- 4. We identify potential candidates through direct search, our Networking network and the internal information system with a database of more than 40,000 professionals.
- 5. We begin the identification of candidates through an initial telephone screening.
- 6. We continue with the most suitable, conducting interviews, either online or in person to select the profiles that we will present to the client as finalists.
- 7. We present the finalist candidates, having analyzed their technical skills, consistency in the change, and the alignment of personalities and cultures with the company.
- 8. We make a detailed request for references of the chosen person under previous knowledge of the candidate and if requested by the client.
- 9. We carry out a follow-up with the user and the candidate of their evolution during the first months after their incorporation.
- 10. We fully guarantee our work, carrying out a substitute search in the event that, during the follow-up, the person does not fit in the company.
